一、盤(pán)管整體及支撐框架結構均采用SUS304不銹鋼材料,盤(pán)管壽命長(cháng)。
不銹鋼盤(pán)管均由臺灣杰美利公司位于新竹竹北的工廠(chǎng)制造,均由SUS304不銹鋼帶連續卷焊而成,可根據現場(chǎng)空間定制規格制造。使用壽命較一般鍍鋅盤(pán)管長(cháng),在適宜的槽內水質(zhì)條件下,使用壽命可超過(guò)30年。
二、動(dòng)態(tài)傳熱,換熱系數更高,融冰效率更高。
配合內循環(huán)泵,蓄冰及融冰過(guò)程中傳熱系數更高,瞬間放冷速率更高。蓄冰盤(pán)管中冰水對流熱傳,可達到快速與完全溶冰效果。本蓄冰槽設計上亦可冰水側、鹵水(乙二醇溶液側)雙向進(jìn)行溶冰,融冰速率超過(guò)30%,解訣一般內融冰蓄冰槽溶冰效率不良之缺點(diǎn)。
三、結冰率大
動(dòng)態(tài)蓄冰槽盤(pán)管排列整膺,結冰率(Ice packing factor , IPF )高達75 %以上,最大限度節省冰槽所占空間,蓄冰槽所需空間小。
四、水平蛇形盤(pán)管,安裝及維修所需高度空間更小,安裝及維護空簡(jiǎn)最省
標準產(chǎn)品盤(pán)管按500mm高度一個(gè)模組,可現場(chǎng)垂直組合,從而只需要0.6m的槽頂部高度來(lái)安裝以及維修,避免因槽頂安裝空間大浪費建筑空間,以及普通盤(pán)管實(shí)際上不能維修的問(wèn)題。

七、可采用抑制性處理后的鹵水(乙二醇)
盤(pán)管材質(zhì)為不銹鋼,管內部腐蝕性低,顧而可以采用經(jīng)過(guò)腐蝕抑制性處理后的鹵水(乙二醇),可降低采購進(jìn)口品牌腐蝕抑制性乙二醇的成本。
八、標準槽采用不銹鋼槽體,內部結構件也全部采用不銹鋼,耐用性高
